San Marcos Estates – your Chandler home!

San Marcos Estates is one of the premier communities in Chandler,  located just one mile from downtown Chandler. It is situated between Frye Rd. and Pecos Rd., with entrances halfway between Arizona Ave. and Alma School Rd.

The association is comprised of 214 homes built between 1986-1993, features one- and two-story homes between 1,500-2,500 square feet, an elected volunteer-run board of directors, a paid management company and nominal dues of $32 per month.

The association sponsors several fun events annually, such as the community yard sale, the Summer Pizza Party, home socials, and organized happy hours. In addition, many residents go all out during the holiday season with home and street decorating.

San Marcos Estates was honored in 2014 by receiving two prestigious awards from the City of Chandler. The mayor presented SME the “Most Engaged Neighborhood Award” and our President, Bart Salzman, received the “Neighborhood Leader of the Year” award.
