San Marcos Estates HOA – Chandler, Arizona

The San Marcos Estates community sale will be held Saturday October 10th from 7 am- noon. Each home that desires to participate should be items on their driveway or open garage early. The sale will be advertised on social media and by signs at the entrances.

The San Marcos Estates annual meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday Nov 18th at 7 pm. Contact AZ Community First for log in directions at sanmarcosestates@azcommunityfirst.com

A short open board meeting will be held following the annual meeting.

Saturday June 20th, Peter Piper Pizza Party, noon-2 pm

Bring your children and grandchildren to the Gilbert Peter Piper Pizza at 127 E. Williams Field Rd (near Gilbert Rd, just a few doors east of Fry’s Grocery). Each child will receive 50 game points and all attendees will receive up to 2 large slices of pizza and a soft drink.  Wine and Beer is available for sale.
