San Marcos Estates HOA – Chandler, Arizona

Executive Board Meeting to be held at 900 S. Vine St, Chandler, 3/3/2026 at 3 pm. Agenda: Review future of Spectrum Association Management due to recent challenges. Only board members are allowed at this special meeting.

Starting October 1, 2025, the San Marcos Estates HOA will utilize the services of Spectrum Association Management. Owners should create an account on spectrumam.com . Numerous features are available on this user friendly website. Spectrum AM is also available by telephone at 480-719-4524.

Future board meeting notices will be emailed to owners. In addition, special announcements will be emailed to owners regularly.

The San Marcos Estates community sale will be held Saturday October 18th from 7 am- noon. Each home that desires to participate should be items on their driveway or open garage early. The sale will be advertised on social media and by signs at the entrances.

Our annual Party at Peter Piper Pizza is set for noon-2pm June 14th.

Saturday June 14th, Peter Piper Pizza Party, noon-2 pm

Bring your children and grandchildren to the Gilbert Peter Piper Pizza at 127 E. Williams Field Rd (near Gilbert Rd, just a few doors east of Fry’s Grocery). Each child will receive 50 game points and all attendees will receive up to 2 large slices of pizza and a soft drink.  Wine and Beer is available for sale.
